Saint Mary’s College General Plan Amendment, Design Review Board, and Grading Permit Application, for a newly proposed 9,785-square-foot, two-story, Rugby Clubhouse on the northeastern portion of Saint Mary’s College. The proposed structure will include a first story locker room at field level and a second story will comprise of a multi-purpose meeting room, outdoor pergola, rear wooden deck and access ramp, and a new 20-foot-wide fire access road. Current Status
Pre-Construction: Planning Commission Meeting was held on April 15, 2025. The Design Review for the Clubhouse and Field Lighting was granted an approval.
Town Council Meeting was held on May 14, 2025. Town Council approved the Addendum To Saint Mary's College Campus Master Plan Environmental Impact Report and Amendment to the Saint Mary's College Campus Master Plan.
