Park Street Senior Affordable Multifamily Building as follows:

New construction. Development of the vacant parcel along Park Street and on the northwestern terminus of the Rheem Valley Shopping Center. The project is a 49-unit Senior Affordable Housing Project. 8-units will be deemed as affordable to Moderate – Income and 40 – units will be deemed affordable to Lower Income individuals (Low and Very Low Income). The project proposes a building height of 55 feet 2.5 inches and distribution of the units to be divided into 4 stories. The project consists of 51,876 square feet of residential space, a 19,824 square foot, and has a first story parking garage. The project also includes 2,581 square feet of private open space which includes approximately 516 square feet of landscaped area, and approximately 3,985 square feet of multipurpose spaces including a lobby located on the first and second floor. The project is currently under review.

SB330 Preliminary Application Complete. 

Pre-Construction: Planning Commission approved the project on March 11, 2025.
