Material Fee Policy:Material fees must be collected directly from participants by the instructor. Acceptable payment methods may include online payments, checks, or cash, as agreed upon with participants. Please note: the Town will not collect material fees on your behalf. While the material fee will be listed in your class description for transparency, it will not be included in the advertised registration fee.

If the Facility is unavailable, we will assign an alternate location should your proposal be accepted.
Be specific. Please include the number of tables or chairs and their placement.
Please indicate how much time before and after your class you will need access to the facility to set up and clean up your program.
*For single day classes, please select the same date for start and end date.
Instructors will receive 60% of the total resident fee paid per student (70% for off-site programs, see Locations section). The Town of Moraga may apply additional administrative costs to determine the final advertised price. These costs do not affect the instructor’s percentage-based compensation and may include, but are not limited to: a $20 Non-Resident Fee (for programs over $99), credit card processing fees, and general program operation fees.
Instructors will be compensated within 30 days of submitting an invoice or a signed Instructor Payment Sheet once a program has ended.
If you are offering the same class for an additional session, please complete the Start Date, End Date, and Resident Fee fields for the second session.
The second session does not need to have the same number of classes as the first session.If the number of classes changes, be sure to adjust the Resident Fee accordingly to reflect the new session length.
Please list any "no class" dates and other information regarding any of the additional sessions proposed.
