All playgrounds and play structures in Moraga parks are now open. New safety measures are in place to support social distancing including set capacities on the number of children and supervising adults permitted in each play area at one time. The Town has implemented enhanced sanitation protocols which increases the frequency that high touch surfaces are cleaned each week.
- Masks should be worn by all children and adults over 2 years of age.
- Maintain a 6 foot distance from all non-household members and prevent children from crowding.
- Avoid crowded areas and wait in line outside of the fenced playground area when maximum playground occupancy has been reached.
- Limit play time to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 in our communities, please follow all posted signage to help keep our outdoor playgrounds safe, open and fun. A full list of playground safety protocols are available on the Town's website and posted at all Town facilities.
