The Canyon Road Bridge Replacement Project is in its sixth week of construction, and has reached a project milestone with the completion of the piles for the bridge abutments. Creek diversion installation started last week, and the contractor is proceeding with the dewatering operation. Concrete pours for the abutment walls are scheduled to start on June 1. As a reminder, the bridge will continue to be closed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Some extended hours, closures, and weekend work may be scheduled if necessary. Remember to check the Canyon Road Replacement Bridge page for updates, and also to sign up for News Flash updates from Public Works. Thank you again for your patience as we construct this critical infrastructure.
