The Town of Moraga has contracted with Bridgeway Civil Constructor, Inc to construct the Canyon Road bridge Replacement. Construction is scheduled to start April 20, 2020. The Contractor will be working Mon. - Fri. from 7 am- 6 pm and Sat. 8 am- 5 pm.
The Town of Moraga has contracted with Bridgeway Civil Constructor, Inc to construct the Canyon Road bridge Replacement. Construction is scheduled to start April 20, 2020. The Contractor will be working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. Please expect traffic delays up to 15 minutes or more. Town is working to minimize impact to the community.
We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation which is evolving every day. Based on the latest definition of essential project in the latest Order of the Health Officer of Contra Costa County, Order No. HO-COVID-19-03 dated March 31, 2020, the Town has deemed this project as essential. Canyon Road is an evacuation route for the Town of Moraga. With this project, the Town will be reestablishing the excavation route to its full capacity.
