On Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. the Town will host a Bollinger Valley Community Meeting via Zoom. The staff and consultant are seeking early input and feedback from residents on re-zoning options for the Bollinger Valley area. As part of the Town Council goals, the overall project includes a Comprehensive Advanced Planning Initiative strategy to update the Housing Element, complete an Environmental Impact Report, and Rezone including the Bollinger Valley Special Study Area.
