2021 (2022) Street Repair Project - Phase 2

Design and bidding for Phase 2 of the 2021 Pavement Resurfacing Project (21-401) has begun. While Phase 1 consisted of localized asphalt repairs and was completed in 2021, Phase 2 will consist of resurfacing the streets that received repairs.

Phase 2 is being done in partnership with the City of Lafayette and Contra Costa County to capitalize on reduced unit pricing for larger overall projects. The bid package is currently available on the City of Lafayette’s website: https://www.lovelafayette.org/city-hall/city-departments/engineering/city-construction-projects/2022-surface-seal-project. Bids are due March 17, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

 Construction is anticipated to begin in April and be completed by August 2022. Residents will be notified as more accurate schedules become available.
