Work Order Management System

On February 13, the Town Council authorized an agreement with Civic, LLC to implement and maintain “Mobile Moraga,” a Town work order management system and mobile application. The free App is expected to be available in April. The citizen interface of Mobile Moraga will enable residents to report non-emergency concerns to the Town using their cell phones, increase operational efficiencies and enable future evaluation of performance data. The initial roll-out of the system will be for Public Works and Parks maintenance issues, such as potholes, street light outages, graffiti, and park or trail concerns. This should expedite the process of identifying issues, repairing them and providing feedback to residents who report them.
