Refund Request Associated with Augusta Drive Landslide Repairs

Town Council considered a request by an Augusta Drive property owner for a refund of fees paid to the Town in conjunction with landslide-related repairs. In light of the ongoing litigation between property owners, East Bay Municipal Utility District and East Bay Regional Park District regarding last March’s landslide, the Town Council suggested a decision on the request would be premature, and that the item should be returned for reconsideration following resolution of the litigation.
