Rancho Laguna II Project Update

On April 6, the Planning Commission approved the Precise Development Plan (PDP) for the Rancho Laguna II project, a 27 lot single-family subdivision. The PDP is the third and final step of the planned development process. With this approval, the Planning Commission incorporated an alternative design for the trailhead parking on Fay Hill Road, which consists of three parallel parking spaces on the shoulder of the road.
