Planning Commission Decision on Hetfield Appealed

At their March 3 meeting, the Planning Commission approved a General Development Plan, Vesting Tentative Map, Conditional Use Permit and Hillside Development Permit for Hetfield Estates, a 7-lot single family home subdivision on a 58.2-acre property located at the southern end of Hetfield Place. The decision included removing the requirement that the developer construct the Emergency Vehicle Access road through its property toward Sanders Ranch and the reduction of three on-street parking spaces, from the eleven required two years ago as part of the project’s Conceptual Development Plan. Both of these items have been appealed by two members of the Town Council to give residents an opportunity for further analysis and community input.
