New Councilmembers Attend Training
To best serve the Town, new Councilmembers Roger Wykle and Phil Arth attended a three-day training hosted by the League of California Cities. The training covered a range of topics, but several sessions focused on the Brown Act (the open Government Act of 1953); ethics, as defined by State law; and how to work productively and effectively as a team member.
