Master Fee Schedule Approved
At its meeting of June 13, the Town Council adopted updates to the Town’s Master Fee Schedule to offset the Town’s costs for processing permits, licenses, subdivision maps and entitlement, space rentals, events and other services. Fees are typically updated annually to ensure that they are set appropriately and reflect the estimated reasonable cost of providing a service or use of a facility for which a fee is charged. For reference purposes, the Master Fee Schedule document also includes Development Impact Fees as established in accordance with the Town’s Municipal Code.
