FY 2019/20 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets – May 2019

Following the mid-year budget review and the development of the Town goals and priorities in January, the Town Council and staff began the process of developing the operating and capital budgets for FY 2019/20. The process typically starts in late December when individual departments analyze their needs and priorities. They are now submitting their budget proposals to the Town Manager. The proposed budget is scheduled to be released in May to the Audit and Finance Committee for review and then presented to the Town Council at the Council meeting on June 12.
