FY 2018/19 Mid-Year Budget Update - February 2019

Town Council reviewed and accepted the FY 2018/19 Mid-Year Budget during the February 13 Council meeting. Staff outlined minor changes in both revenue and expenditures, noting that the budget was on track to finish with a small surplus. Council reviewed and accepted the mid-year revenue and expenditure report; approved the mid-year amendments to the FY 2018/19 budget; and Council also amended the FY 2018/19 salary schedule for the Recreation Leader I, Maintenance Worker, and Facility Attendant to comply with the California minimum wage increase and for the Recreation Leader II classification to address salary compression. The Council also directed staff to work with the Audit and Finance Committee on a detailed analysis of the Town’s expenditures as part of the FY 2019/20 process.
