Financial Audit for Year Ended June 2014 Completed

The Town's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the year ended June 30, 2014 was completed on time before December 31 and was received by the Town Council at its meeting on January 14. The Town’s assets increased over the prior year; the Town’s revenues improved, in part, due to improved property tax revenues from a recovering economy; and expenses came in below budget. At the year end, the Town’s General Purpose Fund reserve was at 43.4%.
