Annual General Plan Implementation Report

Town Council approved the Annual General Plan Implementation report, allowing it to be forwarded to the State Department of Housing and Community Development and Office of Planning and Research. In accordance with State law and the General Plan (GP), the report provides a narrative summary of the Town’s 2016 progress toward implementing the GP’s goals and actions, and also reports on the number of housing units permitted and constructed in Moraga. In 2016, five new residential units received final certificates of occupancy, and 35 permits were issued for new single-family homes.
