Accessory Buildings in Non-MOSO and MOSO Open Space Lands

At their May 21 meeting, the Planning Commission approved a resolution recommending that the Town Council adopt an ordinance amending the Non-MOSO (Moraga Open Space Ordinance) and MOSO open space zoning districts to require that detached accessory buildings be built to similar development and design standards as required for Accessory Dwelling Units.
