Facility rentals are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. To reserve a facility, click on the corresponding reservation form, complete and send it in via e-mail, fax or U.S. mail with payment. Facility will not be reserved until you receive confirmation and receipt from Parks and Recreation staff. It is strongly suggested you inquire for date availability prior to starting any applications. Public wifi is available at the Hacienda building.
Hacienda de las Flores
This romantic Spanish-style estate features a patio with central fountain, large lawn and beautifully landscaped gardens. Three rooms and commercial kitchen on the ground floor are included. For Weddings, Receptions and Special events from May 1 to October 31 as well as weekday and weekends events from November 1 to March 31 visit the website for Hacienda de las Flores. The facility and grounds are closed every April for maintenance.
Individual Room Rentals within the Hacienda

Hacienda Commercial Kitchen
The Hacienda kitchen is a licensed commercial kitchen inspected by the Contra Costa Country Department of Environmental Health great for caterers, classes and private functions. Reserve the kitchen by completing the Weekday Facility and Room Rentals (.pdf) form.
This classical style building with Roman columns consists of one main room, a small mirrored bar which is separated by large wooden doors and a small kitchen. The front of the building forms a semi-circular portico which adjoins the fully enclosed, circular patio, lawn and garden. The Pavilion is an ideal spot for a private business meeting, wedding, reception, or small party. The La Sala building is separate from the main Hacienda building with it’s own restrooms, kitchen and small dining space great for break-out discussions. Reserve the La Sala by completing the Weekday Facility and Room Rentals (.pdf) form.
Library Community Room
The Community Room at the Moraga Library can accommodate up to 60 guests theatre style. With a large screen for presentations, podium and County Library wifi it is perfect for Homeowner’s Association meetings and many other uses. Electronic Community Information Sign
The Electronic Community Information Sign is located near the intersection of Moraga Rd. and St. Mary’s Road with the two sides facing North and Southbound traffic. Messages are posted for one week at a time from Friday to Friday. Reserve the Sign by completing the Electronic Community Information Sign Request Form (.pdf). Council Chambers and Community Meeting Room
The Council Chambers and Community Meeting Room is the newest Town facility available to rent for business meetings.
