Traffic Concerns

On March 12, 2014, the Moraga Town Council approved resolution number 24-2014, to conclude the services of and dissolve the Traffic Safety Advisory Committee (TSAC). Prior to the formation of TSAC, Traffic Action Requests (TARs) were accepted by the Police Department, analyzed, and addressed. With the hiring of a Town Engineer in 2005, the Police and Engineering Departments collaborated to address TARs in the same manner. Although TSAC has sunset, staff will continue to follow the intent of the Traffic Calming Guide developed by TSAC, and continue to gain input from immediate neighbors and community members to address your TAR.
