Design Review Board Members Design Review Board Members are appointed by the Town Council to serve staggered two year terms which begins on March 1st.  They operate in accordance with established rules and procedures. The Design Review Board chairperson and vice chairperson are elected annually by the Board at the first meeting in March. Current Board Members are: Vacant, Chair
