Bob Foxall

Bob Foxall and his wife Carrol have been residents of Moraga since 1984, but for both of them life began in Chicago, Illinois. They met at the University of Illinois where both earned their Bachelor of Science degrees. Bob earned his degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Following graduation and after a brief obligatory stint in the Air Force, Bob’s engineering degree was applied to the Sales and Marketing of technical products for the chemical, mining, minerals, waste treatment and paper industries. His nomadic business career, involving the usual promotions and transfers took the family from coast to coast. Bob served on the Measure K Campaign Committee. Now, his objective on the oversight committee is to apply his engineering background, financial management and communication skills to ensure our citizens know how Measure K tax dollars are being spent and that we are deriving maximum benefit from each dollar.
Bob has been a board member of Moraga Movers for 15 years and is currently its President. He is a regular volunteer for Cinco de Mayo, Oktoberfest and a number of other community groups and events here in Moraga.
